New leader in Barka Ireland – Andrzej Dawidowski

Since the beginning of July we are hosting a new leader in Barka Ireland – Andrzej Dawidowski. For fifteen years associated with Barka Poland where he received support and help in the output of homelessness and alcoholism. He also get a lot of support from the AA meetings, and his wife whom he met in Barka. They have two sons Borys (9) and Igor (11).

For the past ten years Andrzej has been working as a barka leader in Poland, England and Netherlands. “Being a Barka leader gives me a lot of satisfaction. Seeing people who are on their feet, are sober, found a job and reconnected with their family gives me a lot of joy. I like the happy ending stories. “
